Mega-selling award-winning author K.A. Applegate has ended her huge Animorphs series after 54 books. For those of you not in-the-know, the Animorphs series follows a group of human kids as they try to save the earth from gruesome slug-like alien invaders called Yeerks. How can these teens hope to stop a huge alien force that can burrow into people's brains and take control of them? Through morph power, of course. The Animorphs kids can absorb the DNA of any living creature just by touching it and then alter their own human bodies and "morph" into the animal.

But Applegate fanatics --- fear not. Of course, you could always go back and read all the Animorphs again. But we know there IS life after Animorphs.
