Letter from Booker T. Worm

Happy Holidays to all of you.

How nice...a couple of weeks to read whatever you want with no homework or school assignments.

As you meet up with family and friends, don't forget to ask people what they are reading. You might get some good ideas from them!

Here's wishing you a Happy New Year. We're taking a couple of weeks of vacation too, so I guess we can say, we'll see you next year!

Christmas Books
http://www.kidsreads.com/features/021204-christmas.asp
The Christmas season is such a joyful time of year for people of all ages. Going shopping, decorating the tree, listening to Christmas music and baking holiday treats are just a few ways to prepare for the coming holiday. On Christmas morning, ecstatic children wake up their parents early to open all their presents --- maybe even snow arrives to make it a truly white Christmas. But there is so much more to this holiday than Santa Claus and nicely wrapped gifts. On this special day families and close friends gather to share their love and appreciation for one another.

Some of the books we have rounded up below will make you laugh while others may cause you to shed a tear. But they surely will get you into the holiday spirit!
